David’s journey in buying and selling started in grade school, where his entrepreneurial spirit shone as he sold Coca-Cola during recess. His passion for commerce led him to graduate from Nova Southeastern University in International Business.

Fluency in four languages underscores David’s global perspective. A testament to his adaptability, he taught himself French during the challenging times of COVID-19. A dedicated member, David has been an integral part of the M&R family for 12 years, infusing his expertise and unique perspective to propel our growth.

As the Head of Sales, Danny Benoliel has been an anchor in our team for over five impactful years. Beyond a sales leader, Danny is a relationship nurturer, leveraging his exceptional interpersonal skills to give customers unparalleled, personalized attention.

Danny’s journey started from Florida International University, where he graduated in International Business. While his prior path led him through construction project
management, it was in sales that he discovered his true calling – a testament to his natural prowess in connecting with others.

At his core, Danny exudes genuine kindness, much like Max. He strikes the perfect equilibrium between friendship and business, effortlessly weaving both into his interactions. With an eight-year tenure at the company, Danny’s journey at M&R has been defined by his ability to foster connections beyond transactions.

Building upon his three years of experience, Isaac Benoliel seamlessly merges his engineering expertise with sharp business acumen. Isaac’s journey began with graduating with an industrial engineering degree from Penn State University. His quest for knowledge led him to further his education, acquiring a Project Management Certificate and an MBA from the University of Miami.

As the Head of Operations, Barbara Azcuy brings over two decades of experience and a diverse educational background that converges into an interdisciplinary mastery of operations and human resource management.
